This Site is an informational website. No products are sold through it and no orders can be placed.

By using the Site, you confirm that:

Colour and appearance. Hair is a natural product. Shade, texture, wave pattern and density vary slightly between batches and between individual bundles. Screens, cameras and lighting conditions also render colour differently. Product images are indicative and are not a guarantee of an exact colour match. Where colour matching is critical, contact us for guidance.

Availability. Products shown may not be available in all markets or at all times, and we may withdraw, alter or discontinue any product without notice.

5. Professional Use, Application and Aftercare

Products offered for professional application are intended for use by qualified stylists trained in the relevant method.

Any guidance, education, application instructions or aftercare advice provided by Pro Luxe Hair is general information only. It does not replace accredited training, product-specific manufacturer instructions, professional judgement, an in-person suitability assessment or medical advice.

You are responsible for assessing suitability before application, including scalp condition, hair density, chemical history and contraindications. Pro Luxe Hair is not liable for loss or damage arising from application, wear, maintenance, styling, colouring or removal carried out by you or by a third party, or from failure to follow product instructions or professional advice.

Do not apply extensions where the scalp or hair is unsuitable. Refer the client to an appropriate professional.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, photographs, video, logos, trade marks, product names, designs, shade names and the compilation and arrangement of that content, is owned by Pro Luxe Hair or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, transmit, licence or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

7. Content You Submit

If you submit photographs, comments or other content to us or to our social media channels (“Submissions”):

Stylists referred to on the Site operate independently unless expressly stated otherwise. Any listing is not a guarantee of the stylist’s services, pricing, availability or results. Confirm credentials, pricing, policies and suitability directly with the stylist.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the Site and its content.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

This section does not exclude or limit any right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

10. Limitation of Liability
